While we strive to provide accurate tracking data, availability and precision are subject to the data provided by our primary carriers.

3. User Obligations

Users are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding shipments, dimensions, weights, and destination details. Any delays or additional costs incurred due to inaccurate data provided by the user shall be the user's sole responsibility.

4. Cargo Liability and Claims

Our liability for cargo loss or damage is limited in accordance with international conventions (e.g., Warsaw Convention, Hague-Visby Rules) and industry standards. The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from delays or service interruptions.

• Claims must be filed in writing within 14 days of delivery.
• Proof of damage or loss must be provided for all claims.
• Liability for delays caused by customs or weather is excluded.

5. Payments and Charges

Quotes provided through our "Get Quote" tool are estimates based on the information provided. Final charges may vary based on actual carrier rates, fuel surcharges, customs duties, and taxes. All invoices are due and payable upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Data Privacy and Security

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Users agree to the use of tracking cookies to facilitate real-time monitoring of shipments.

7. Termination

The Company reserves the right to terminate access to the tracking platform or decline service to any user who violates these terms or engages in fraudulent activities.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is incorporated. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts within that territory.
